Wonky: needs someone handy to install
The fixture will not attach to the wall without bending or crimping the metal screw plate so the weight bearing round ends will actually fit over the screw plate once it is in the wall. I imagine these are all returned and why they are readily available after months (years?) in stock. In this case, you get less than what u paid for. Once you fiddle with them, they look like they are supposed to: simple and modern.

can Trinsic towel bar be cut
18 inch will not fit area. Need an inch smaller. Is bar in 3 pieces so it can be cut to fit.

Thank you for your question. This bar can be cut to fit. However, be careful, as there are plugs stuck in either end about 1" away from the end. If you cut the bar, do not
cut into the plug. Push plug out after cutting and reuse plug.

I read a review that the towel bar "screeches" when taking towel off. Do you know why this happens and what can be done about it?

Thank you for your question regarding the Delta Trinsic® 18" Towel Bar and I am happy to help you today.
It may be best to adhere the bar to the posts to prevent the bar from spinning. A small dab of silicone sealant inside the disassembled bar will take care of any rubbing and friction causing a "screeching" sound.

Is this line available in a brushed nickel finish?

What size kind of set screws come with the 18" towel bar?
Where can I get replacement set screws? Can Delta provide screws? If not, what is the point type, overall length, and thread size of the set screws? I assume 8/32" indicates the width of the screw?

I have these towel bars and I am trying to install them - they have this wire that is supposed to "flex" to install the bar handle to the wall mount but they don't work. I visited YouTube - professional agreed. Do you have another solution.

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 75918.
This towel bar currently includes mounting hardware that is secured by a set screw. To install a towel bar with a wire clip, hold the post at the base and place the post over the bracket with the bottom edge against the wall. The catch at the bottom of the post should hook onto the spring at the bottom of the bracket. Then push the post upward and snap over the top edge of the bracket.

From what I can tell in photos, it looks like the ends of the towel bars of the Triassic models have some kind of caps and the bars are hollow. If this is correct what material are the caps the made of?

Is the Venetian bronze lighter than the traditional oil rubbed bronze? I am looking for a more dark copper bronze.

The Delta Venetian bronze and oil rubbed bronze finishes are both dark bronze finishes. Oil rubbed bronze is a dark, muted finish with bronze highlights. Venetian bronze is a low-gloss, deeply warm finish with subdued highlights.
