Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Glad I’m not the only one with a set screw issue- the mounting plate lip is nearly flush with the wall, so the screw will not engage. Messed around with it so much that the set screw is stripped, and I can’t remove it- returning this week.

Our Trinsic 24 in. Double Towel Bar in Matte Black was broken. The towel bar had fall out from the wall in our bathroom today. There were tiny screws. bur one screw came off. Can I get new screw to replace?

My towel bar was missing one of the hex screws that go into the bottom. I cannot find what size they are to find a replacement and it doesn't seem to be in the manual (screw #3). Please advise what replacement part and size this would be. Thanks.

What is the size of the hex key used to tighten the screws? I lost it and would like to buy just that

Is it possible to buy replacement bars for this product? The brakes and end pieces are fine, but I need to replace the bar.

I noticed the exposed screws that hold the second bar in place do not match the finish of the towel bar itself. Where can I find replacement screws that do match?

I purchased this from an online retailer, and it was missing the mounting hardware. They sent me new hardware and I have the wall mount bracket screwed into the wall, but it is too large for the towel bar bases to fit over. Help?
