Looks good while getting the job done
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I redid my powder room with items from Delta's Trinsic line. While it is true that the towel holder is fixed and does not swing out, I have never struggled to place a hand towel on it. It is sleep and attractive and I am happy with it.

nice towel holder
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered these for my boy's bathrooms and I think they work very nicely with the modern finishes I did. The bathrooms are black and off white with champagne gold fixtures by Kohler. I would order again.

Slim Trinsic Towel Ring

Love the color & design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I outfitted my powder room with all Delta Trinsic accessories in the gold color. My father installed them all for me with no issues. I guess some reviewers take issue with the fact that the towel 'hook' is stationary and doesn't swing out or pivot with the use of the towel. It's honestly something I didn't even think about until reading these reviews. Hasn't bothered me, or my guests, at all, but I suppose if you had big fluffy hand towels it could get annoying.

design flaw
This product has rigid construction that prevents any movement of the ring. It's almost impossible to put a towel over the bar and rotating the ring for left hand installation is not possible. High replacement costs preclude returning the product so I donate the two I bought to a surplus outlet. There was no response from Delta when I tried to discuss this with them. ALL the plumbing and fixtures in a bathroom remodel are Delta products, but not this one.

What color matches trinsic stainless steel better brushed steel or polished steel?
I would like to buy a towel warmer and don't know what color to buy to match my new trinsic stainless steel bathtub faucets.
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 759460-SS will not be an exact match to your towel warmer but we would recommend brushed steel over polished steel. The Stainless Steel finish is not shiny.

How do I remove the quick click mount?
Thank you for your question, Ron2019! Remove the set screw, located at the bottom of the round flange on the wall. The set screw can be removed by using a 1/8 Allen wrench. Once the towel ring is removed, you can remove the mounting bracket, by using a Phillips screw driver to remove the mounting screws. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us directly.

Delta 759460 Trinsic Wall Mounted Towel Ring was professionally installed last year but it came loose from the wall. Removed it & re-attached metal mounting piece to plaster wall with heavy duty anchors but having trouble reinstalling towel holder.

Can this product be mounted both directions so that it can be symmetrical on two sides of a vanity?
Hi Kim, Thank you for your question. The arm on the 759460-SS towel ring is in a fixed position. The arm does not move to allow the fixture to be mounted in both directions.

I have trinsic towel rings ready to mount. The hook is so close to the wall a towel won't go on it. I can't adjust the angle. Do you have a remedy

Thank you for your question! Unfortunately, the ring is in a fixed position and cannot be adjusted. It gives around 1-7/8" clearance.
