can this dispenser be installed on either side of the toilet? It looks like it should only be put on the left.

What does recertified mean exactly?

Recertified means returns sent by dealers. The product has been examined to confirm the product is in like-new condition, and the product & parts have never been installed and all parts are included. In nearly all instances, the box was never opened. The packaging may show signs of wear. The TRINSIC® Tissue Holder (Recertified) MODEL#: 75950-CZ-R is backed by a 10-year Limited Warranty.

Hello every time I get an email saying something is back in stock and I tried to order it. It takes me to check out with zero balance and nothing in my cart. Does that mean it has already been sold out again?
