Where can I find replacement bracket hardware for this item?

we just bought this. and based on the picture on the box the base is on the right which would make the perpendicular knob on the end face up. but it's facing down. can you please let me know how to turn it 180 degrees to be facing up?

The knob should be facing up and can not be re-positioned, Because of the issue you are having we would recommend returning to the store you purchased from and getting a new one. The contractor installed two of these backwards (facing left) in both of our bathrooms. We cannot simply remove and re-install without leaving holes in the cabinets in which they are fastened. How can I rotate the pin shaft 180-degrees?

How do you remove from wall?

To remove this 75950 Delta Faucet Trinsic tissue holder you will need to loosen the set screw from beneath the bottom of the post of the tissue paper holder and remove it in order to tighten the screws that are behind the post holding the bracket in place. Once the bracket is firmly screwed back onto the wall you will need to insert the set screw back into the post. Does this product come in an orientation where it worked from the right side of a toilet. The piece that hold the toilet paper in place is only on one side of the bar and only works from one orientation.

I have looked and looked again, but cannot find the set screw! I installed the holder a few years ago and don't remember a set screw, pretty sure I didn't need one. Now the holder won't stay in place and needs tightening and I can't get it off. Help!

we purchased the trinisic toilet paper holder in the spring when we remodel our powder room.  the toilet paper bar will not stay parallel to the floor, it keeps dropping to an angle to the floor.  how can this be corrected?
