Nice hardware but won't stay straight
I had installer can and installed multiple things in the bathroom including this toilet paper holder. Just a couple later it became lose and won't stay straight any more and I have no idea how to take it off to fix it. There isnt any apparent screws to tighten or obvious ways to remove. Not sure what to do with this wobbly toilet paper holder now

Length of pin on end of tissue bar?
I believe the pin at the end of the tissue bar should be longer to help hold the tissue roll on the bar more securely.

Awesome
Strong little paper roll. I thought this might be kind of cheap and jiggle around but it doesn’t. No issues with the toilet paper sliding off like other reviews. I bought matte black which is really nice.

Does not stay straight
With only 1 wall mount it over time, 1 day, twisted loose. I had to replace the screws with full anchors or move the dispenser to a stud location.

Delta Trinsic Tissue Holder
This is my second purchase for the trinsic tissue holder. My initial purchase included many of the other accessories in the trinsic line including faucets. These where purchased for a master bath. I was very pleased with the quality (weight and finish) of the product. This go around I purchased the trinsic line to complete a half bath. Master bath has been in use about 2 years with no problems from any of the delta trinsic products installed.

I've installed numerous bath accessories and the mounting hardware for these is terrible. Includes drywall anchors that are way to heavy duty for this application and they break when screwed in as they are a rather soft plastic. Should just be the normal push-in anchors.

Classy look Tissue Holder
We remodeled our bathroom and installed Trinsic towel holders and faucets. After researching toilet tissue holders, we went with the Triassic Bar holder. It is so nice. It fits nicely in our small space and very sleek looking.

Not bad
The holder is not a bad product, just it's install is not great. Needs some more thought, 2 screws would hold it better and the supplied hardware is of poor quality, anchor bent when trying to put in the 1/4" hole as directed. Would also like if you could used this facing either way as I thought but forgot about the stop for the roll was only on one side. Can that be changed?

Would not order again.
Install should have been easy (I've installed multiple bath hardware) but set screw did not "grasp" the back plate. Build.com was great and replaced/reordered the original product with same product. Tried again, but same result. Poor design. Bought another tissue holder which installed easily.

Q&A
I can't find the set screw to remove the holder. I need to tighten the assembly, it spins around.
I have a new house that had the trinsic tissue holders installed. They installed them upside down, and also, they are loose, so I need to rehang them. I can't find a set screw so that I can remove the handle to get at the mounting bracket.
The set screw goes directly under the post. There should be a small opening for it. If the set screw is missing, please contact customer care for a replacement. Regards, emccollum

Can the Tissue Holder be installed to face the opposite way ?
As per your photo, the bar that holds the paper roll goes to the right. Cant his fixture be installed so the bar goes to the left ?
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 79590-SS is not recommended to be switched to the other side. There is a notch to keep the tissue on and it would be pointing down. Also the set screw would be showing if you flipped the bar.

My contractor installed this unit upside down, and it is located in a position that would be wrong if flipped. Is there a way to turn the bar so the pin that keeps the paper roll on points the other direction?
Hello, Mason17. Thank you for your question! Unfortunately, this unit is not designed to be installed upside down and the bar cannot be adjusted to move the pin around.

We found Toilet Paper holder 75950-BL seems to have come with out the set screw in the bottom. Could you please tell me the dimensions of the required set screw.

can trinsic tissue holder be mounted vertically??
Hi Betsy,
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 75950-SS is not recommended to be mounted vertically as the set screw will not be in the right place. It is also a possibility that the tissue will come off the roll incorrectly if it is mounted vertically.

My holder keeps coming loose...how can I tighten it? Do I have to take it off completely? and if so, how do I do that?

Thank you for your question regarding the Delta Trinsic® Tissue Holder and I am happy to help you today.
You will need to loosen the set screw from beneath bottom of the post of the tissue paper holder and remove it in order to tighten the screws that are behind the post holding the bracket in place. Once the bracket is firmly screwed back onto the wall you will need to insert the set screw back into the post.
