Delta Pivoting Tissue Holder

Nice product
The only reason I am giving four vs five stars is that the roll holder tube is about 1" longer than it needs to be to get a new roll of TP on and off. Otherwise the product was great, packaged well and quick shipping. We plan on cutting the end of the tube off to shorten.

Cut to the chase. Interesting design. Holder arm pivots to change roll. Better design concept. Not sure how it will hold up. Seriously though, it is 7inches long, sized for a paper towel roll. Glad it is metal, some items in this collection are plastic.

We are redoing our bathroom and have the Ashlyn Pivoting Toilet Tissue holder but no mounting brackets for it. I don't find anything on your website that indicates where I can find them.

Another post says set screw size is a #8-32. It's not - too big. I found one with metric threads that fits the hole but has no point so will not tighten against the bracket. Where can I find the right replacement screw?

Ashlyn® Tissue MODEL#: 76450 set screw size is a #8-32. What length is the screw? Is it coarse or fine threads? Head stripped out after just over a year. Disappointing for a “premium” brand.

I lost the set screw during my install - what part number or size of set screw do I need? The directions included in my purchase state the mounting brackets at 7 7/16" apart, the DSP-A-76450 Rev A.pdf on your website show 7 5/8". Which one is correct??

I recently installed an Ashlyn Toilet Paper Holder (76450-BL). When I try to pull toilet paper off the roll, the lever arm swings free and the toilet paper lands on the floor. It seems loose at the pivot joint. Is there a way to tighten that joint?

Our products have a Lifetime Limited Warranty that covers parts and finishes being free of defects in material and workmanship for the original owner/purchaser. Electronic parts have a 5-Year Limited Warranty.
