Warning, causes toilet paper to fall off constantly
We installed these in our new house and it only took a few months for the pivot joint to get loose and it causes the bar to wiggle back and forth(not just up and down) and therefore it causes the toilet paper to fall off all the time. It drives me crazy and I will be replacing all four of these in my house. Don't buy!

Very disappointed!

Cheap and poorly designed
I've used this hardware and this pivoting toilet paper holder in the past and it was a nightmare to install. My client wanted to match the shower hardware so I accommodated their request but in the end it had to be returned. The mounting hardware is so poorly designed that it's next to impossible to mount properly. There is much better hardware out there.

Not as Heavy duty as I'd like
The toilet paper fits well on the holder, however the bar is light weight seem to be cheap in quality. I expect more from Delta.

Be careful, the measurement in the instruction between placement of the left and right screws to hold the toilet paper roll are not accurate and fall just short of the needed placement.

Toilet paper holder holder
Hard to install. Didn’t come with a pattern to let me know where to place the holders. Since it’s a lift bar you have to be exact on where the ends are placed. The hex screws are so small they were difficult to see. Nice product otherwise.

Great product - looks wonderful

High QUality and Sensible Price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this toilet paper holder for about a year now. I was looking for a high quality chrome fixture that meshed well with the Kohler pedestal sink and toilet that I had put in my new powder room. It looks good, reloads very easily with the hinged holder rather than one of those springy ones. It also is quite wide and will take the widest toilet rolls and sits far enough away from the wall to hold the largest diameter rolls. Very happy with what I got for the price.

Where can I find Mounting Brackets for the Ashlyn Pivoting Toilet Tissue holder - Model #76450-SS
We are redoing our bathroom and have the Ashlyn Pivoting Toilet Tissue holder but no mounting brackets for it. I don't find anything on your website that indicates where I can find them.

Another post says set screw size is a #8-32. It's not - too big. I found one with metric threads that fits the hole but has no point so will not tighten against the bracket. Where can I find the right replacement screw?

Ashlyn® Tissue MODEL#: 76450 set screw size is a #8-32. What length is the screw? Is it coarse or fine threads? Head stripped out after just over a year. Disappointing for a “premium” brand.

I lost the set screw during my install - what part number or size of set screw do I need? The directions included in my purchase state the mounting brackets at 7 7/16" apart, the DSP-A-76450 Rev A.pdf on your website show 7 5/8". Which one is correct??

I recently installed an Ashlyn Toilet Paper Holder (76450-BL). When I try to pull toilet paper off the roll, the lever arm swings free and the toilet paper lands on the floor. It seems loose at the pivot joint. Is there a way to tighten that joint?

Our products have a Lifetime Limited Warranty that covers parts and finishes being free of defects in material and workmanship for the original owner/purchaser. Electronic parts have a 5-Year Limited Warranty.
