Great for tight spaces
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two of these in my bathroom on each side of the vanity. These are great for tight spaces and works great for my situation. If you have more space then a little more clearance might be nice. My only issues is that the ring is heavy and will swing into the wall sometimes, when you remove the towel.

We are using a black/white/gray color scheme through the geometric patterned cement tiles with walnut wood accents. The modern shape and matte black color are perfect compliments to the rest of the elements in the bathroom. My contractor said it was easy to install. Will be using these again!

Great Looking but mounting an issue
While the item looks great, the placement of the set screw makes mounting unnecessarily difficult. Because of the nature of the mounting bracket, it is a bit of a challenge to hang level. If not for the mounting issues, I would have rated the item 5 stars for looks and quality.

Looks good, terrible mounting hardware
I bought both towel ring and towel hook. The "easy" snap on mounting bracket is a horrible design. Bracket pulls out drywall anchor when snapping it in leaving a very loose fit, although the ring itself has a nice finish. I would highly recommend only buying these Delta products if you can mount them into a stud.

When I tighten the set screw into the mounting bracket, the towel ring lifts away from the wall, if it doesn't, the towel rings lifts right off of the mounting screw. What am I doing wrong?

The Delta Ara towel ring is squeaking when the ring moves in the mount, what would you suggest to lubricate it?

Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you.
We would recommend soaking the Delta Faucet Ara® Towel Ring In Chrome MODEL#: 77546, take a rag and soak it in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water and wrap it around the ring and mount. We do not have any lubricant recommendations.
