We bought a building with three of these 'ARA single post toilet paper holder' and one of them was broken and the previous owner said to try and get in touch with Delta to get it replaced. How do I get Delta to send me a replacement. Thank you

Our warranty covers, all parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes of Delta® faucets purchased from authorized Delta sellers to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home in which the faucet was first installed. Does recertification mean that it was owned by another customer?

Our recertified products are not used. They are often returned from dealers as extra or unsold stock and have been inspected to meet quality standards.
