Can this towel bar be shortened / cut to size?

This towel bar can be used after cutting the bar. But we do not recommend cutting as any related issues would not be covered by the warranty.

What are the demensions of the bases of the towel bare. Don't know the name of the base. It's where you screw the towel bar into the wall. T

How can I get a replacement set screw for the 18 inch towel bar?
We ordered these for a new construction project and our builder misplaced the hardware for hanging. Can we order replacement parts?
