Bought 3. Two of the 3 were to be mounted on doors. Found that one of them protruded out from the door so far that a conventional door stop could not keep it from contacting the wall adjacent to the door. Decided to return all 3 and replace with a common hardware store robe hook.

Can’t tighten hook to base…it’s loose. Poor design.. Completely upgraded our master bath with delta products….most are disappointing … no quality control. Been a delta person for years…not any more..

Is it possible to hang a bath towel on each side of this hook? Do they stay on or slide off?

What are the dimensions of this book? Can I install inside a shower to hang washcloths on?

We do not recommend installing the Delta 77638-SS robe hook inside of the shower as this can lead to corrosion of the finish from calcium and mineral deposits. The length is 3 3/8", the width is 3 1/2", and the height is 2 1/8".

May this hook be hung 90 degrees to the vertical? The mounting bracket would be horizontal as opposed to vertical. Thanks, William

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 77638.
This robe hook is designed to be mounted with the set screw on the bottom for the strongest installation. Mounting rotated with the set screw on the side would be possible, but it would be weaker and the mount is not designed to hold weight in that direction.

What is the depth of this hook. Wall to front of hook. I have limited space and depth is an issue.
