I absolutely love this holder - It is plain but elegant - The best part of this holder is that you don't have to wrestle with a spring mechanism in order to change the paper! It looks great and makes life so easy!! Got one for our master bath. Liked it so much we got one for our Powder Room!

Meets our needs
I gave this product a 4 instead of a 5 because the round toilet paper roll does not easily move due to the square shape of the pivoting arm of the holder. The product I selected is nickel and works well with other hardware by the manufacture. The pivoting arm does work well and is easy for loading and unloading toilet paper.

Very pleased
Bought the chrome finish. Contractor installed with no issues. Looks great, works great. Love the pivoting feature, so easy to change the roll. The arm swings up and back down into place easily. Very happy with this product.
