Rated 1 out of 5 by from Avoid. Incredible cheaply made, especially for the price. The pivoting mechanism is plastic and extremely rigid. They couldn't even bother to make the part where the toilet paper goes a full cylinder. Will be returning.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Finish and Function Subpar The toilet paper holder and towel bar were off on the finish to my Cassidy faucet. Didn't bother breaking the towel bar out of the box. The toilet paper holder bar does not stay locked in place and will rattle if when you pull down on the paper roll. Very annoying! Took it off the wall and searching for a replacement.

The finish on the toilet paper holder is so much lighter! Obviously a different lot or made at a different plant. Has to go back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Total Junk Bath contractor installed this a part of total remodel. What a poorly designed fixture. Depending on the way you pull the toilet tissue off the center bar becomes dislodged as pictured. There appear to be holes in the casting that might have been designed to secure a latch of some type. That I s way this fixture needs. If I could find a fixture that came close to matching I would deep six this one in a minute. I recommend finding a dispenser with the spring loaded roller in traditional fashion.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Delta Linden Tissue Holder We bought 3 of these tissue holders for our new home approximately 5 years ago. Two of them have fallen apart. I replaced one about 18 months ago, and I'll have to replace the other even though I know it won't last. Wish Delta would fix the issue with this tissue holder or offer another more sturdy Delta tissue holder. I like all my towel bars, etc., to match.

Where can I find a replacement for the little plastic sleeve that holds the pivoting arm in place - I can’t find the part number or access the spec sheet on the web

I have the Linden tissue holder. It's less than two years old and the plastic bushing that the set screw holds in place cracked and fell apart. The arm no longer stays put. How can I get a replacement bushing?

RE: Linden Pivoting Toilet Paper Holder 79450-SS What is the purpose of the set screw under the pivoting arm? Does it have to be loosened (how loose?) or removed altogether for the arm to pivot? The installation instructions do not cover this at all.

Sorry - but that is NOT useful at all ! ! ! That Step 7 is for attaching the toilet paper holder to the wall & is NOT the set screw I was referring to. The set screw my Question refers to is underneath the left side of the pivoting arm & seems to control whether or not the pivoting arm will pivot at all. As I mentioned at the bottom of my initial Question, that set screw is NOT mentioned at all in the instructions you referenced. Hence the reason for my initial Question. Please answer the Questioned I asked.

I need a replacement piece. The pivoting arm pulled off at the connection point. The little plastic piece on the inside looks to be broken so it won’t reattached securely.  Where can I get a replacement piece?

I purchased a linden tissue holder and I cannot see any mechanism which allows it to pivot short of removing one side to replace the tissue paper. Am I missing some parts? The instructions do not include anything about the pivot mechanism.

Can I buy/obtain a replacement wall mounting bracket for the Linden collection 79450 tissue holder? I accidentally lost the bracket when remodeling. Two brackets are needed for the holder or complementary towel holder.
