What is the weight limit for what this hook will hold? I was thinking of using this for a mudroom and would be hanging backpacks and jackets on it.

I bought this robe hook but hook is too high. I want to buy lower hook. I already put this mounting, so I want to use this mounting. Would you please let me know which one will fit. Thank you.

We lost the mounting plates for our two robe hooks. The painters removed them and no idea what happened to them. Can I order replacement mounting plates? Thanks.
