On model 79746 towel ring has a set screw under the piece that hold the towel ring can it be loosen to have the towel ring swivel?

Hello, I purchased a Cassidy towel ring in Venetian Bronze, model number 79746-RB. It does not stay on the mount, it keeps slipping off the bracket.

Is there a difference in quality between what the delta retailer sells and what the delta wholesaler sells.  My wholesaler tells me that most plumbers won’t even install the big box retail versions of the delta products because they use cheaper components

Our towel ring has come off the support base. Is the actual screw broken or does the ring somehow screw onto the bracket with the Allen wrench. This I hard to describe. The ring snapped like a C has come off the support bracket sticking out of the wall.

I bot 4 of these from Amazon- they were all ‘used - like new’ but they are missing the little screw - the little Allen wrench was included on one. Please advise where I can buy the little screws.  Thank you!

Can this towel ring adjust to open to the left or right? I want to place it on either side of a double sink so need it to open in both directions.

The towel ring is loose. Just installed 3 months ago. Tried to tighten but no screw there that I can see. Or, when tightened it is still loose and moves side/side and pulls away from the wall. How can you help me get this to remain on the wall?

CHAMPAGNE BRONZE ACCESSORIES DO NOT MATCH THE FAUCETS. EVERYTHING IS FROM THE CASSIDY LINE BUT THE HOOKS AND TP HOLDERS LOOK ALMOST SILVER. WHAT'S THE DEAL?

Purchased product 10/9/23 (< 2 months ago) and installed it (correctly) ... noticed the little screw that holds the towel bar in place has fallen out (which I didn't even think it was supposed to be able to do). Need to get a new screw. Please advise.
