Rated 1 out of 5 by from Can't reverse I'm very disappointed that I have two beautiul towel rings, but they don't face the same way on opposite, parallel walls. It looks wrong, wrong, wrong! I'm sad that I have to accept what I feel looks unfinished and contrary to decorating in my brand new remodeled bathroom. There should at least be an option to reverse or have 2 similar products, one for the right wall and one for the left wall.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It works I bought this because the webpage said it was reversible. This is not true. The ring does not flip from top to bottom. I tried and was afraid I would snap the ring out of the housing. Mine was either defective or somebody lied on the post. I wish you had a box marked "Maybe" instead of just yes or no. I would not recommend this to a friend unless what they saw is what they liked. Works well, it is sturdy and looks great.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Somewhat cheap feeling Just bought this and am a little disappointed with weight of it and the fact the ring doesn't move or give at all. Was expecting something of a better quality feel. The look is fine though and it should hold up fine but a little disappointed still

Rated 1 out of 5 by from If it didn't match everything else I didn't have much choice but to get this ring as it matched everything else. The BIG drawback is that the ring is solid. It does not swivel in the post. So everytime I remove or replace the towel I have to be very careful and wedge it between the wall and the ring. Bad design

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not move It is a so so towel ring, matches my faucets etc, all of which i love. However, as mentioned, the ring is immoveable. And it is not returnable, so will have to live with it. Would not have purchased had I known in advance.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty but not perfect This is a very pretty towel ring that matches my other cassidy fixtures and hardware. It does not move however. It is fixed, and I wonder if it could snap if pulled hard. I think it would be a better design if it moved as you pulled the towels off.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like it, but..... It's a good looking piece and easy to install. However, the towel ring itself is immovable. So, while it's no big deal, there is a little less towel maneuverability.
