Can this tissue holder be turned to face the other direction of what the picture shows?  Opposite of what it shows now?

Does Delta Make a Cassidy Tissue Holder for the right hand wall mount?

The set screw made its way inside of the toilet paper holder while inside the packaging. Is there a way to get it out or can you send me another screw? If neither, what size set screw do I need to obtain?

I read the question on mounting in the opposite direction from the pic, and understand that the set screw will be visible on top (like the one I am replacing.) Is it possible to rotate the arm so that the bent tip will be in the proper position?

Cassidy tissue holder (#79750-PN) will not set in a fixed placed. The tissue holder rotates freely. We had this professionally installed in June 2022. Is there any type of replacement warranty?
