Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Quality Solution for Vessel Sinks My plumber complained enough about wall mounted faucets that I went searching for an alternative to go with my vessel sinks. The Delta Cassidy line has so many options and fits nicely with my farmhouse design. Pleased with quality and weight of this product - and a nice alternative to wall faucets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful quality and finish This was installed a year ago in a client's guest bathroom. It is a beautiful finish which is a sleek update to the old brass look. Delta brings great styling and quality for a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to order this product!

Can I install the 797LF without the riser? I have whitehaus WH474-53 sink, so I don't need a pop-up drain function.

Asked by: amillard
Thank you for your question, amillard! Unfortunately, the riser is not removable. We would recommend installing the model 597LF-MPU without the pop-up assembly. You can remove the lift rod or leave it in place. Best regards, Jon

What is correct handle direction for hot water?

What is the correct direction for hot water on this faucet, pulling the lever forward or pushing it back as there is not a "H" or "C" marked on lever. I just want to make sure our plumber attached the water supply lines correctly as I have a Delta faucet in my kitchen (9197T-DST) and the hot/cold direction is the opposite of this faucet but it also has "H" and "C" noted on the handle. Please clarify.
Asked by: marbid3
Hi, Marbid3! Thank you for your question. The handle maneuvers out and forward. When it is out, the water will be cold. The more you pull forward or towards you, the water will get hotter. Best Regards, Rosanna

Since Cassidy 797LF doesn't come with a pop-up drain assembly, what drain assembly is recommended to purchase with this faucet?

Faucet height

I would like to use this faucet with a Kohler Vox square sink which sits 3 1/4" above the counter. Using this faucet will there be enough clearance to use it properly? Or would I need a taller faucet? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Asked by: JC4me
Hi JC4me, Thank you for your question. The model 797LF-PN will have plenty of clearance for the sink. The spout sits approximately 10" above the deck of the countertop. I have attached a link to the spec sheet below. Thanks, Dave http://www.deltafaucet.com/customersupport/documentation/797lf-pn.html?document=ts&fromDetailArea=bath&documentIndex=0#flashWrapper

what does multiple handle and spout options mean for this faucet? I cant find the information

Classical design with multiple handle and spout options as well as a full complement of accessories and finishes The Cassidy™ Collection
Asked by: Mckin
Thank you for your question. That statement applies to the Cassidy collection as a whole and not to that specific model. We do offer the Cassidy line with several different spout and handle options but the model number will change each time.
