This Delta faucet looks amazing installed, it's VERY heavy and sturdy and a very quality faucet. Installation was relatively quick and can be knocked out without a professional if you're mildly handy.

$700 faucet requires $15 plastic tool to function
Although I love the way the faucet looks, when professionally installed, water came out in little more than a dribble. plastic crap tool required to remove and adjust aerator broke immediately and has been backordered for a month or more. 3 trips by plummers to try other things and no improvement. Ridiculous! How many of these $15 plastic tools am I going to have to buy over the life of this faucet....and when it gets discontinued, then what?

Delta 799
I been waiting for this to come out to finish my bathroom upgrade. I purchased 2 and they arrived promptly from build. The installation was straight forward and easy.
I wa very pleased until one started dripping after 3 months. Getting a new new one took three calls and three months. Delta would not send a new one until I tried to repair it myself two times. I finally said enough and they sent me a new one. So much for delta service. The new one is working fine.

What is the height of the handle?

Thank you for your question. The height of the handle of the Delta Pivotal Vessel Lavatory 799-DST faucet has a height from the deck to the center of the handle is 6.6" and the height to tallest end of the handle is about 9".

Do you offer a stainless steel escutcheon for the 799 SS DST.
I have an 8" center on center widespread 3 hole faucet fixture. Need an escutcheon to fit it. I note the center hole is not in line but backseta little from the two faucet handles.

Picked pivotal faucets (799-SS-DST) for my new home (matching pivotal shower set) - 4 of each. The flow rate at faucets seems low?! The shower heads seem fine. My plumber says its an optical illusion due to "aerator" not being aggressive. Pls advise!

Is there a soap/lotion dispenser that matches this in the stainless finish? I see arctic stainless but the bathroom finish on pivotal just says stainless
Thank you for your question, Steve90! Most of our dispensers are not Collection specific to allow various combinations of both style and finish. The closest matching soap dispenser in a Stainless Steel finish would be model RP81410SP, which is offered in our SpotShield Stainless.

WILL THE CONTROL HANDLE WORK WITH A SINK VESSEL HEIGHT OF 4.5"?
