I didn't think I would be able to do it myself, but the video made it a breeze. I loved the results after 6 months and noticed an improvement in my skin and hair. My hair dresser noticed a difference without me even telling her I was using a filter. Here in Tennessee, the state has tons of money but the water quality is below average. Thank you Delta for the option to be healthier in using tap water. I ordered a second one for a second shower along with a hose shower head and installed it quickly.

Does the Clarifi inline shower water filter remove minerals from the water? The description only mentions chlorine and sediment. We have minerals in our water that create "hard water". Will your filter help this? Thanks.

Will filter help with mineral hard water

Hello! Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Not all contaminants or substances present in your water are removed by this water filtration device. This product is only designed to reduce chlorine. Contaminants or other substances reduced by this filter may not be present. Though uncommon, chlorine reduction performance may deteriorate when the supply water has an alkalinity below 70ppm. Our 2-stage kit includes the sediment filter cartridge and advanced carbon filter cartridge. This reduces 72 contaminants including lead, PFOA/PFOS, chlorine, chloramine and cysts. Our 1-stage kit includes manifold, high flow carbon filter cartridge, battery box, 3 AA batteries and hoses. This Improves water quality by reducing microplastics and chlorine taste and odor. Can I use the Clarifi shower filter with the Delta shower head I just installed? It is a Delta shower head #52535 raqtted at 1.75 GPM 80 psi with minimum 1.2 GPM and 445 psi. Water pressure where we live is around 60 psi.

I have been using the clarify filter and from the very beginning the water only trickled out. It was installed by the builder and I’m not sure that it was installed properly. Could there be sediment behind the filter? What could the problem be?

For the Emerge Shower Column, how do you install so it filters both overhead and handheld shower head? Or are two filters needed? Either way, can you provide instructions?
