Missing parts?
The video on this website shows two anchors being pushed into the holes of the toilet base, before the anchor screws are inserted through the mounting bracket.
The product derived without these anchors, and all the diagrams and specification downloads do not show anything regarding these anchors or spacers or whatever you'd like to call them, as a result the seat shifts around and repeated tightening of the bolts is leading to a grinding sound on the porcelain because the screws are being exposed directly to the toilet base.
So it's not clear whether the manufacturer is supposed to provide these anchors, or why they are included in the video, but not in the box.

Good quality
As a retired service technician, I purchased this bidet after having 1 other brand for one year in which the knob broke, without parts backup and a second brand not having all the parts to set it up.
So far all the parts seem to be quality and knowing Delta have great parts backup I am more at ease.
Development need to studie the human body more as being a man I had to modifie the spray angle as I could not clean my rear passage easily.

Great product
Very easy to install, took about 15 minutes. I really love the bidet toilet seat, it does everything it needs to do. I wish it had a cleaning feature. The tips are turning dark and I'm not sure how to clean them thoroughly. I can't find any videos ir articles relating to cleaning the Delta bidet toilet sprayer tips online.

Quality Inspection Issue?
I purchased this elongated bidet seat (833004-WH) on Amazon, new - everything sealed.
I think the supply line (RP102065) connections were reversed (see photo).
It's working fine right now. Hopefully, I will not have any issues with this installation.
I'm assuming this is a quality inspection problem, which is the norm these days.

Better than a new Tesla.
I'm really not rating this one star. It should get a ten maybe even 100. I don't even look at any ratings above a two so if you're like me and only read the negative I rated it a one just to get your attention. This is perhaps the greatest thing I've ever bought. Really. Super easy to install & works perfectly. I can't imagine how an engineer could have gotten anything so spot on. No miss, no mess. No need to even wipe. To bad it's made in China. If this is indicative of China's engineering we're in trouble. I might just go sit for an hour and let it run.

Leaves you feel so fresh and clean!
This Bidet Seat is nice and was easy to install. This bidet toilet seat doesn't require electricity, fancy plumbing, or batteries. Some might be worried about the cold water. It isn't really that cold as the water stays in the bidet hose so it stays about room temperature. I love that it has rear and front washes. Knob you can turn for the rear or front and off. The water pressure is fantastic and I got to say it cleans very well. When you run into the issue that the stores are out of toilet paper the bidet seat comes in hand. Also with the bidet seat, I save money on toilet paper as I use it so much. I just how it leaves me feeling so much cleaner than toilet paper. The seat is also comfortable. The lid closes nicely and easily so no more slamming lids. Overall I love the bidet seat. It is a must-have in my eyes.

It's been a couple of days or so that the function of the manual know on my non electric bidet is reversed! the more i turn it the less water comes out and the nozzle stop working. please help!

I installed today, however the anchor on the left side lifts out of the hole on the toilet every time I tighten the screw at all. The right side seems to function correctly, but the entire seat moves immediately when I attempt to connect to the base.

Hello. How much adjustability is there for Model#: 833004-WH? The tech sheet shows the length from center hole to front of seat as 18 1/2"; however, the mounting plate appears to be adjustable. Can the seat be moved forward 1/2" to 19"? Thank you

Leaking where the nozzles are so water is all over the floor
I have a toilet with a much smaller diameter hose and flange than what came with this bidet. Is there a smaller t-junction and hose set?

How do release the seat

833004-It has poor water pressure. I live in Denver which has high water pressure, I also own 2 other Bidet's both of which work properly. The screen is clean and yet still very poor water stream from nozzle. What have you got for me, to help?

How do you remove seat from mounting. Pulling doesn't work. Is there something I need to push to release it?

To remove push the button on the right side of the seat and pull the seat forward to slide it off of the mounting bracket. To clean the filter, please turn off the water supply and remove the hose. Use a soft toothbrush to clean the filter. Please note that we recommend cleaning the filter every 6 months or when there is a low flow.

My new bidet seat only sprays to the rear, no matter which direction I turn the knob. Is there any way to angle the front sprayer so it "aims" correctly? If not, then I'll have to return this.

My (and others’ are unanswered after months. Please respond. And how do i get the stream to revert to sharp/targeted as opposed to diffuse, which it just changed to after re-tightening screws so it slips less side to side? Not sure if it is related.

Tightening of the screws will not affect the spray pattern. The pressure can only be adjusted by selecting the front or rear options on the side of the seat.
