Rated 2 out of 5 by from Never again Water pressure greatly reduced, i expect problems with the handle. It was professionally installed. I did not appreciate having to buy the shower head when i just needed spout and handle. Shower head is horrible, does not adjust flow, can barely get wet. I was better off with my old fixtures. Bad shower experience. Will not buy another Delta product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cartridge stem is weak The B112900 works good once you have the hot water mix set where you want it. The problem is that the cartridge stem to the lever is made of soft metal/lead and over time it twists, bends and breaks when you have kids that aren't gentle on turning the lever. Mine has broken twice in the three years I have owned it, and my daughter is still small. It's frustrating as most stores don't stock this part (RP70538) and you have to wait weeks for a replacement to be shipped from Delta's warranty partner. So, a good product that I can't recommend because of the poor design of one part, Delta you need to spend an extra 2 pennies on a stronger stem.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok product I bought two of these one for my shower and the other one for a bath tub. They look nice and very easy to install. However, the water pressure went down big time. We just installed them, and it took over 20 min to fill the tub half way. I hope there is some adjustment that could be done, if there is one, I would give this a 5 star.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome product I chose this product because of it's quality and the reputation that Delta has in the industry. It was easy for me to install and the directions were clear and easily understood. I would definitely recommend this product even if you are not a do it yourself type person.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Another piece of JUNK from Home Depot ... Just finished installing a new B112900 bath room shower faucet in my girl friends Key West home....After being a builder for nearly 40 years....Thought it would be easy.... BUT NO....This thing is so far out of WACK....No hot water...Just called the customer service dept at 800-345-3358...AND THEY ARE CLOSED ...Tried to adjust it myself....Only got worse.. Checked YOUTUBE...Nothing on the B112900 ...Only older good ones....Nothing on the new piece of JUNK that Delta is selling today....I will be back in HOME DEPOT...WITH MY BILL ...On my last Delta Faucet....Sincerely, Ron.. Rated 4 out of 5 by from It is good enough. Easy to Install. Includes the valve. Decent build. It does the job. Easy to maintain. Designed for cold and hot water only. No cold-water-only tubing. Had to modify it in order to work with a single pipe.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Replacement shower valve cartridge warranty part. When I ordered the shower valve cartridge I asked the rep. if the check valves Assy. came with the cartridge because I did need it also. He told me that it would. The part arrived in few days and no check valve Assy was in the box. Now I had to call back again and order the check valve Assy, AND WAIT another few days to have all the parts to repair my shower. The problem was the shower only gave HOT water, no cold water to mix. So after 2 weeks of waiting, I can now fix my shower.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product My previous Delta faucet worked without problem 15 years before starting leaking. I couldn't replace the cartridge because the bonnet was very rusty and impossible it to remove. I called plumber for help and he replaced the faucet with the new one. Already 3 weeks as installed and works without problems.

No markings on body that says up. So, which end goes up for shower only?

Asked by: Seabee
Thanks for your review, Seabee! The escutcheon plate of the Delta Foundations Shower B112900 faucet would be installed with the Delta name on the bottom, letter "H" to the left and letter "C" to the right. https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/DPD-B-B112900_A.pdf Best regards, Tanya

How do you adjust the flow rate?

Asked by: Vaughn
Thank you for your question, Vaughn. The faucet runs at a constant flow rate after rotating the handle counter-clockwise from the off position at 3 o'clock. Cold water will flow first and the temperature will increase the further you turn it. A volume control such as the U4760-PK can be purchased separately if you wish to have volume control at warm temperatures. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/U4760-PK Best regards, Jon

I have a B112915C--- turned all to the left I have all hot water--UP is(OFF)--full right is warm-- I want the faucet to go from the full right --OFF--to going through counterclockwise motion from all cold to full hot as normal ???

Asked by: mark
Hello, Mark! Thank you for your question. The B112900 valve cartridge assembly, RP70538, can be flipped 180 degrees. Please make sure that the labeled 'hot side' on the cartridge is on the left side when installed into the valve body. Best Regards, Rosanna

Recently had this put in my shower.  Water temp is only lukewarm.  Where can I find on your website HOW to make the water hotter?  My shower is not usable due to no hot water.

Asked by: Patricia
Thank you for your inquiry, Patricia! The Delta Foundations Shower B112900 faucet has a Rotational Limit Stop, which you can adjust to allow for more hot water. For help adjusting the RLS, please see page 7 of the Installation Instructions: https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/87966%20Rev%20B.pdf Best regards, Tanya

the handle on my delta b112900 just spins it will not fully shut off? I have the replacement part but how do i repair it

Asked by: heavy
Hello Heavy, Thank you for your question. To remove the cartridge from the model B112900 you will need to first remove the handle by loosening the set screw on the side of the handle. Next pull off the trim sleeve. Remove the 2 screws holding on the round escutcheon and remove the piece. Unscrew the bonnet nut and the cartridge will be able to be removed. I have attached a link to the parts breakdown for the model B112900 to help with your repair. https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/DPD-B-B112900.pdf Best regards, Tanya

I want to adjust rotational limit stop, but cant move towards Hot range. Pulled "O" ring, still rotational wheel does not move from cold setting area counterclockwise to Hot. What else I need to do?

Asked by: nando
Nando quotes the instructions on page 7. I ran into this same problem, and found a fix... The part the handle attaches to has a phillips screw at the end - loosen or remove this, and you will be able to pull the rotational limit out far enough to move.
