Not happy at all.
Same problem as other review water mixer not working when mixer is turned on we only get hot water and if it is turned all the way in the hot direction the temp get a little cooler but still mostly hot and there is no adjustments

Why isn't my shower handle seating properly? The handle, when all the way off is at a 5 o'clock angle instead of the 6 o'clock (straight up and down). What did I do wrong during the installation process - I can't get the handle on straight. Thanks!

Thank you for your question. The Delta B112915C Shower Faucet handle should not be up and down when on and off. The handle should sit around the 3-5 o'clock position when off and can sit around the 6 o'clock and all the way over to 9 o' clock position for on and hotter water. I must have the cartridge in wrong - off is to the left (clockwise) and it gets colder as it is turned counterclockwise. How do I fix it?

Thank you for your question. The Delta Foundations Shower B112915 unit includes the RP70538 valve cartridge assembly which can be flipped 180 degrees. Please make sure that the labeled 'hot side' on the cartridge is on the left side when installed into the valve body.
