Mixer not working
Only cold water comes out, mixer valve not working properly. I just tiled the shower and will properly have to cut out this delta and install a different brand. I shouldn't have to do this. Where do I send the repair bill?

Cheap for a reason.
The cartridge that came with this was defective out the box. Water wouldn't cut off. Never buying a Delta product again.

Set Screw screw up
Faucet handle keeps falling off. Set screw loosens and handle becomes loose. Constantly loose.

Nice valve easy to use
Nice look and easy to use. Only had it a few weeks. Good price on it.
It could use a cover for the set screw hole on the handle. You know over time the build up will prevent easy removal of the set screw

This is an extra bath and shower stall. We did the installation ourselves and had to call Delta for extra guidance on how to install. The instructions, over the phone were clear and very helpful as this was the first time we had done this kind of work.

What size fittings do I need on this? My old one is 1/2in female ends. This valve looks like it has male ends on it.

does delta offer b112915c in black or a replacement cartiage that will fit valve that will accept a black trim kit.

Unfortunately, we don't currently carry a trim in black that uses this valve and cartridge. I apologize for the inconvenience this causes. The included valve is not designed to use other cartridges.

Is the included Rough-In Valve with B112915 a universal? Which model? Can I change trim later?
Hi Dan4FairTax! Thank you for your question! I will be happy to help. The rough-in for model B112915 is the PTR188700-UN and is quite limited to the number of trim kits that it is compatible with. I recommend installing the R10000-UNBX as the number of trim kits that it can accommodate is vast compared to the latter. Please let us know if you are in need of any further assistance!
