Rated 5 out of 5 by None from Shower system As always, I have a lot of confidence in Delta products and their support. This shower system is just what we needed to complete the shower renovation. We had to find out how to make the hot water to flow, but we eventually found out. There is a wheel in the housing to set how the hot water flows. It works great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Baz1963 from 2 units not working right I bought the first one a week ago. It would not let the Hot water travel up to the shower head. Cold water moved great. Took it back to Menards. Got a 2nd one. Got home instead it. SAME PROBLEM. What am I doing wrong or what's wrong with this unit.?

What sort of set screw is used to tighten handles to stem?  Don’t have instructions, information,  etc. Can you tell me how I can view information on line?

The menards site states it comes with multi choice universal valve where repairs can be made from the front and trim kit replacements can be used.  Is this incorrect?  Is this the only trim kit that fits the valve and the only pressure available?

delta faucet B112920 unit shuts off water supply between cold and hot cold is cold hot is hot no inbetween .
