Great quality, easy install!
I recently installed this kit and it was simple and easy. I liked that it included the valve, which made it a complete set.
The finished looks modern and high quality. The handle moves smoothly, and the pressure-balanced valve keeps the temperature consistent. The showerhead provides good coverage and steady water pressure.

I love the Delta material; it's undoubtedly of very good quality. Installing the bottom part was a bit challenging, but I should mention that I'm not an expert. However, the instructions helped me a lot. I really liked the matte finish. ☺️

Shower upgrade

Sharp looking for a very basic set

Solid and Simple Upgrade for Everyday Use – Delta
I received this product at no cost in exchange for sharing my honest opinion. I recently got the Delta Single Tub and Shower in stainless steel, and overall, it’s been a good, practical upgrade. The finish looks clean and modern without being overly shiny, and it blends nicely with most bathroom styles. It also doesn’t show water spots or fingerprints easily, which is a nice bonus for everyday use.
The handle turns smoothly, and adjusting the water temperature feels easy and controlled. It doesn’t feel loose or flimsy, and the water flow is steady and comfortable for daily showers. It’s simple, but reliable.
Installation was straightforward for a standard setup, and the materials feel sturdy and well-made. So far, everything feels like it will hold up well with regular use.

Easy to install and beautiful looking
Thank you Influenster for sending the Delta Single Handle Tub and Shower in Stainless Steel! Our previous set was also from Delta but was looking dated from the previous owner, and we wanted to update it. The stainless steel finish is much sleeker looking and doesn’t show water stains vs our old chrome one. It was easy to install. My contractor dad was able to install it with ease, but I’m sure my husband could’ve easily done it as well! We love our trusty delta!

Nice product!
While I find Delta to be a reputable stable brand in the home improvement space I did not love this product. I felt like it was just OK. The showerhead itself feels pretty flimsy and compared to my builders grade bathroom you can see it’s a little bit bigger, but it feels a lot lighter in weight. The showerhead also did not have any adjustable settings for different flow option. Overall, it is priced very well and the packaging is simple easy and directions are good to follow. I would buy from Delta again, but I’m not sure I would get this product specifically.

Good quality but not easy installation
The finish quality on this Delta Foundations tub and shower trim kit is excellent. The rubbed nickel looks great and feels durable.
However, buyers should be aware that this is not a simple replacement for existing Delta tub and shower assemblies. While the box says “perfect fit,” that may apply only to new installations. The mixing valve body and cartridge are not universal, and neither the packaging nor the instructions clearly state which Delta valves are compatible.
In my case, the existing Delta valve did not match at all. The valve depth, body diameter, and escutcheon size were different, making even a cosmetic swap impossible without replacing the valve behind the wall.
This is a good product with a nice finish, but Delta should provide clearer valve compatibility information. Best suited for new installs or situations where the valve is being replaced.
Assembly of this valve set is for the experienced DYI or be prepared to hire a plumber . While this looks like a quality product if it’s not a direct replacement be prepared for an extensive project .

Poor engineering !
Installing the valve part was ok. Tub spout seems flimsy. Major problem with my application is the sleeve should and could be the same size( 1.790 ) the entire length. Then it fits over the stem and through the escutcheon tightly. The two screws fastening the escutcheon in place could and should be longer for this.

broken valve cartridge
I have bought 2 sets of the one handle bath faucets Model Number B114915C . The valve cartridge has broken on the 2nd set as well. Last time I was sent a cartridge for free to repair. I need another one for this set. Too expensive to be replacing this often and a pain!

Pretty but not functional
I purchased 3 of these for a new construction, each one has had a problem. For the bath shower combo the the water is not separated. Water flows out of the top and bottom. Have no idea how to make this stop. Seems like they would be set up to work without adjusting. Very dissatisfied with this delay on the job.

Love appearance but not crazy on the shower head.
Purchased for our remodeling. The bathtub faucet flow is great but the shower head just dribbled out. Called Delta and they are sending another one. They explained that the part where you turn water on and off may be put in backwards. We are going to check with plumbers and we will see what has happened. At least we will have another to replace the one we have if something is wrong with it. This is for our extra bath so we did not need one that flowed that fast but we would like it to be a little stronger.

How to get more hot water
Hi, biggdaddyrico3! Thank you for your question. The rotational stop needs to be adjusted. Here are detailed instructions for adjusting the rotational limit stop on this cartridge: 1. Make sure the handle is in the off position 2. Remove the handle by removing the set screw and pulling the handle out towards you 3. Remove the small black o-ring and place it somewhere it won't get lost 4. You should see two brass rings, each with a finger pointing away from the stem 5. LEAVE THE BRASS RING IN THE BACK IN IT'S CURRENT POSITION - if this gets moved the cartridge will not be calibrated correctly and will turn on and off in the wrong positions 6. Pull the front brass ring towards you and rotate it clockwise for hotter water, or counter-clockwise for colder water. 7. Put the brass ring back on the teeth in the stem and put the small o-ring back on the stem. 8. Reinstall the handle and test the maximum temperature of the water. Readjust the limit stop as necessary following steps 1-7.
