Our previous set was also from Delta but was looking dated from the previous owner, and we wanted to update it. The stainless steel finish is much sleeker looking and doesn’t show water stains vs our old chrome one. It was easy to install. My contractor dad was able to install it with ease, but I’m sure my husband could’ve easily done it as well! We love our trusty delta!

The showerhead itself feels pretty flimsy and compared to my builders grade bathroom you can see it’s a little bit bigger, but it feels a lot lighter in weight. The showerhead also did not have any adjustable settings for different flow option. Overall, it is priced very well and the packaging is simple easy and directions are good to follow. I would buy from Delta again, but I’m not sure I would get this product specifically.

The rubbed nickel looks great and feels durable. However, buyers should be aware that this is not a simple replacement for existing Delta tub and shower assemblies. While the box says “perfect fit,” that may apply only to new installations. The mixing valve body and cartridge are not universal, and neither the packaging nor the instructions clearly state which Delta valves are compatible. In my case, the existing Delta valve did not match at all. The valve depth, body diameter, and escutcheon size were different, making even a cosmetic swap impossible without replacing the valve behind the wall. This is a good product with a nice finish, but Delta should provide clearer valve compatibility information. Best suited for new installs or situations where the valve is being replaced. Assembly of this valve set is for the experienced DYI or be prepared to hire a plumber . While this looks like a quality product if it’s not a direct replacement be prepared for an extensive project .

Major problem with my application is the sleeve should and could be the same size( 1.790 ) the entire length. Then it fits over the stem and through the escutcheon tightly. The two screws fastening the escutcheon in place could and should be longer for this.

Last time I was sent a cartridge for free to repair. I need another one for this set. Too expensive to be replacing this often and a pain!

Water flows out of the top and bottom. Have no idea how to make this stop. Seems like they would be set up to work without adjusting. Very dissatisfied with this delay on the job.

Rated 5 out of 5 by susie from Love appearance but not crazy on the shower head. Purchased for our remodeling. The bathtub faucet flow is great but the shower head just dribbled out. Called Delta and they are sending another one. They explained that the part where you turn water on and off may be put in backwards. We are going to check with plumbers and we will see what has happened. At least we will have another to replace the one we have if something is wrong with it. This is for our extra bath so we did not need one that flowed that fast but we would like it to be a little stronger.

How to increase more hot water please sand me video

Hello Jimmy Patel, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not have a video for adjusting the limit stop on the Delta Foundations Shower B114915C faucet model. However, to adjust the limit stop: First, remove the handle and adapter nut on the faucet and set them aside. You will now see a small black o-ring on the end of the brass stem. Remove this o-ring and again set aside. The next piece is the limit stop, you may see the words hot/cold. Rotate this part clockwise for hotter water. Each notch you move the piece, it will increase the maximum hot water by approximately 2-3 degrees. Reinstall the o-ring, adapter and handle. i installed a new shower control and faucet but the water pours out of shower head when running a bath. water pressure is at 35 lbs

Hello Brian White, Thank you for your question. Based on your description of the flow from the tub/shower, you are experiencing an issue known as shower rise. This is an installation issue, which has several possible causes: The valve could be upside down. The length from the valve to the tub spout is outside of the 8" to 18" rule. There is more than one 90-degree angle elbow. Something other than ½" smooth copper or galvanized pipe was used going to the spout. No push fittings. No "shark-bite" fittings. No cast or drop ear elbows. Something restricting the water flow to the spout, e.g. solder or something lodged in the pipe. If this is the cause of shower-rise it is possible to remove the blockage by removing the tub spout; then, feeding a plumber’s snake or a speedometer cable up through the tub drop. The act of feeding it causes it to twirl and loosen the blockage. Be sure to flush the valve before reinstalling the tub spout. Be sure to check the tub spout itself for blockage.
