I have all Delta fixtures throughout my three bathrooms and kitchen a this one fits right in with the high quality and performance I’ve come to expect. The brushed nickel’s finish is modern and elegant. The water flow is smooth. What truly impresses me is how well the Delta brand has held up throughout my house, after years of use they still look and work like brand new. Having Delta’s lifetime warranty give me added confidence in the product. Overall, I highly recommend the Delta Foundations tub/shower spout and shower head, it lives up to the brands reputation for quality, style, and dependability.

The Delta product is a well constructed product that uses a solid brass body as the major component of the faucet. This is the one part, in my opinion, that should only be constructed of brass. The brushed nickel finish is pleasing to the eye and easy to keep clean. Mostly metal components which are easy to assemble. The only drawback back I have (and it’s only a personal preference) is that the shower head is small. I prefer a larger surface for a shower head, but it did create good water pressure, which is why I gave 5 stars.

Recently purchased the one hand shower b114915c and now the hot water is not coming out the shower as hot. The sink and all the other water is working just fine on hot, but not the shower. Also the water will run while the stopper is pulled up.

To another post you answered that the tub spout was non-metallic, but elsewhere I read this was only one of two spouts that was still metal. Please clarify.

I'm getting very little pressure out of my shower head and after checking the rest of the house, it's only the shower, it has the RP70538 cartridge in it. I've taken it out and rotated the cartridge 180 degrees and still no better pressure. What else can

I am sorry the flow is low on your Delta Faucet Foundations® Monitor® 13 Series Shower Trim In Chrome MODEL#: BT13210, and I am happy to help you! Low flow is caused by a blockage or debris, we would recommend flushing the shower unit. To flush the open valve without the cartridge, please follow the directions below. 1) Remove the handle by loosening the set screw on the side of the base of the handle. The set screw is either a 1/8" or 3/32" Allen screw. So you will need to use the appropriate size Allen wrench to loosen it. Loosen it just enough to be able to easily pull the handle off. * Note. If there is calcium build-up at the base of the handle, it may be necessary to soak it in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water. Simply saturate the rag with the 50/50 solution, wrap it around the handle base and place a plastic bag over it. I would recommend do this the night before removing the handle. 2) After removing the handle, remove the trim sleeve. 3) Then you will need to remove the bonnet nut. The bonnet nut is the threaded ring at the valve opening. It unscrews counterclockwise. You will need a pipe wrench or a pair of channel locks. 4) After removing the bonnet nut, you will need to pull the cartridge straight out. You may need a small, skinny bladed screwdriver to wedge in between the lip of the cartridge and the valve to help start it out. 5) Once the cartridge is removed, you will have an open valve body. 6) Next, shut the shower door or curtain and turn the water on to the valve. Water should gush out, much like an open fire hydrant. Have someone observe if there is good water pressure coming out of the valve and let it flush for 30 seconds. 7) Re-install the cartridge and re-assemble in reverse of how it was disassembled. The Tub/Shower should then have a good flow. If it does not, the cartridge will need to be replaced. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. I just replaced our tub/shower unit with a Delta Foundation Model B114915C-SS. Everything is fine, except the tub spigot rotates freely on the copper tubing, even after tightening the set screw. The instructions are not helpful. How can I fix this?

Our Delta Faucet Foundations® Monitor® 13 Series Tub & Shower Trim In Chrome MODEL#: BT13410 tub spout is a slip-on version and would only be able to be tightened with the set screw. for a Delta T&S model B114915C-SS, the installation instructions show that the front plasticguard is to be fluch with the front side of the finished wall, drywall, etc. Can you tell me why then the valve boy and chrome sleeve sticks out to far?

I have model B112915C, Foundation. Shower only. I adjusted the hot and cold temperature setting as far as possible to the cold side and back to the hot side , but the water only gets hot. What's my problem?
