Rated 2 out of 5 by from Water sits and pools on shelves Having all these shelves is great for storage but for Delta not to make them slanted downwards so water sheds off of them seems like a major oversight. The water sits and pools on the shelves and this goes against any logical thinking or building of a shower shelf, or alcove. It creates an absolutely unnecessary difficulty and added chore to the user in cleaning. I hate it. If I knew water would pool on the shelves I would have never bought it.

We called deltas customer service and we received new parts with in 5 business days. For free. My wife and I installed the unit ourselves, we carefully reading the instructions twice. The installation went very smoothly. We are very happy with our new shower unit. And now we have a new beautiful bathroom . To the delta customer service thank you for your help.

No scratches or marks on it. Instructions were simple to follow. We are a family of 6, so the shelving space is 100% perfect for us. So many different places to put stuff. Very happy with this!

Measurements were exact and fit well. The shelving is great quality and super nice to have as a family of 3. The amount of space the shelves gave us was so helpful and hooks we were able to put on the walls. The material is very durable and nothing cracked or chipped during installment. First time home owner approved!!

The smooth curves make cleaning a breeze and it really feels solid unlike other tub surrounds on the market. There is also ample shelving for products which is great if you have a large family. I know that this will hold up to the test of time and made our bathroom look beautiful. Great product from a trusted name!

Is this line of bathtubs still in production? I have the tub and doors and have been searching for the surround for months. It has been out of stock. Will it come back or should I return the tub/doors OR is there another surround that would fit?

Can this be installed over wood lath in an older home (still secure to studs) or do we need to remove all the wood lath and only have the studs?

Even though this is a caulkless design, it seems like it would be easier to clean if the seams between the panels and between the panels and the tub were caulked. Also those 2" deep seams seem like a perfect breeding ground for mold. Is caulking bad?

My contractor lost the foam strip that is supposed to to go onto the tub before the walls are installed. Can I purchase a new one? If not, what can I use instead?

Only sticky on one side. It is very similar to PVC or vinyl foam insulation tape, such as Frost King 3/4"x5/16"x10' White High-Density Rubber Weatherstrip Please reach out with any additional questions! We had to put a few shims under the legs of the tub. We put Foam insulation sealant around the shims for added support to ensure the Shims never move. Please confirm Delta supports this since this Foam works with any materials including Plastics.

Does the Everedge shower kit 48x34 offer a compatable glass shower door. I see that the 60 inch long has a shower. We are in the process of installing the 48x34 shower and already have the plumbing in place.
