What replacement cartridge does this faucet use?

I have a B2510lf lav faucet. I am replacing an old faucet on a 1980's one piece sink. There is no over flow on the sink.

Is there a pop-up that does not have the overflow hole?

what does 3-hole 4 in mean

I am replacing a centerset faucet with 3 holes and width of whole unit is 5.75 inches.

the flange and body spacing two large

Bought this to go in old home that has thin metal sink. The flange needs to be shorter to tighten on the sink. Too much space between the flange and body. Do you offer a shorter flange? model b2510lf
