Rated 1 out of 5 by from Installed 2. Both were defective Replaced two faucets with this for 2 different customers both had internal leaks. Costing the customers another show fee, but I did not charge for the second install. Living in a rural town they traveled at least 4 hours round trip to replace. I now advise my customers not to purchase this style Delta fixture if they are partial to Delta

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Giving this faucet a second try. I just purchased this faucet to replace a duplicate Delta faucet only 3 years old. I had a leak and could not figure out where it was coming from. Called my plumber and he determined that the faucet itself was leaking and could not be repaired. I am still optimistic that the first faucet is a fluke and that I will get more than 3 years out of this one. I have had good luck with Delta products over the years.

Q&A

What us the model or part number of the aerator for this faucet and how can I get a replacement?

Asked by: Eli K
Hi Eli K, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model B2511LF-SSPPU-ECO. A replacement aerator is RP61340-1.2. Or if the faucet code has a "-A" suffix, RP70195-1.2 is the replacement. The faucet code is found on the back of the escutcheon or base. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts/product/RP61340-1.2.html https://www.peerlessfaucet.com/kitchen/product/RP70195-1.2 Please reach out with any additional questions! can i purchase the plastic nut that holds down the bathroom faucet to the countertop

Asked by: plastic holdown nut

When I rinse the faucet handles, the left handle drips water into the cabinet below. I reinstalled, this time with plumber's putty, but the same problem occurs. Right handle is fine, left handle leaks. Unit is new. Please advise.

Asked by: Scott
Hi Scott, Please accept our apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! If additional sealing under the faucet's gasket is needed, we recommend using silicone. Plumber's putty can damage non-metal parts. A leak under the sink could be from water getting into the lift rod hole. To clean, we recommend wiping gently with a damp cloth and blotting dry with a soft towel. Please reach out with any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan

Why does water pool around the drain?  How can I fix that?

Asked by: Laurie
Hi Laurie, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model B2511LF-PPU-ECO Foundations® Two Handle Centerset Bathroom Faucet In Chrome. I am sorry this information was not readily available, and I am happy to help! The drain flange should be flush against the sink. We recommend a small bead of silicone on the underside of the flange. Unscrew the large nut under the sink. Pull the flange straight up through the sink. If the flange sticks to the sink, gently pry it loose. Apply a fresh, uniform-round bead of silicone or putty. Reinstall the flange and tighten the nut under the sink. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. Asked by: James
Hello! Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! You can use the RP70542 gasket, however, please note that it may not fit the B2511LF-PPU-ECO perfectly. This would mean you will still need to use silicone to seal the faucet base. You could also only use clear silicone if you prefer. We appreciate your inquiry.
