Rated 1 out of 5 by from Installed 2. Both were defective Replaced two faucets with this for 2 different customers both had internal leaks. Costing the customers another show fee, but I did not charge for the second install. Living in a rural town they traveled at least 4 hours round trip to replace. I now advise my customers not to purchase this style Delta fixture if they are partial to Delta

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Giving this faucet a second try. I just purchased this faucet to replace a duplicate Delta faucet only 3 years old. I had a leak and could not figure out where it was coming from. Called my plumber and he determined that the faucet itself was leaking and could not be repaired. I am still optimistic that the first faucet is a fluke and that I will get more than 3 years out of this one. I have had good luck with Delta products over the years.

Q&A

Is there a way to adjust This faucet to give more water flow?

Asked by: Dani
Dear Dani, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Foundations Lavatory B2511LF-SSPPU-ECO faucet is designed with a 1.20 GPM at 60 PSI flow rate aerator. However, there is an aerator with a maximum 1.5 GPM at 60 PSI flow rate made for this unit too. This would be the only way to increase the flow rate of this lavatory unit. https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/DPD-L-B2510LF.pdf Best regards, Tanya

the directions say cannot use lysol and magic bubbles on clear knob and handles. Can those be used on the handles that are not clear?

Asked by: Jeanne
Hi Jeanne, Thank you for your question. We do not recommend to use harsh or abrasive cleaners as these can damage the finish. The faucet can be cleaned by wiping it with a soft, damp cloth. Hard water spots can be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Please click the link below for more information. https://www.deltafaucet.com/design-innovation/inspiredliving/how-to-clean-a-faucet Best regards, Jon

How do you remove the aerator on this faucet??

Asked by: NancySR
Hi, NancySR! Thank you for your question. The aerator for the Delta B2511LF-PPU-ECO faucet unscrews by hand, counterclockwise, to the left, to remove from the spout. Best Regards, Rosanna

I am working in a very tight area in a powder room bathroom. In order to fit the plastic drain pipe into the goose-neck I will have to cut 3" off the plastic drain pipe that attaches to the bottom of the sink. Is this okay?

Asked by: Jack
Thank you for your question, Jack! Although we do not typically recommend altering our products and doing so will void the warranty against any leaks in this area, the only portion of the drain pipe that can be trimmed to fit would be the very bottom end, opposite the flange and stopper. Best regards, Edward

Just purchased this faucet and it has a 1.2gpm max is there a replacement part that would increase the water pressure? or is there a flow restrictor that can be removed?

Asked by: Ant45
Hi Ant45, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about B2511LF-SSPPU-ECO! The 1.5 GPM aerator for this model is discontinued, and the recommended replacement for a 1.5 GPM is 060641A. The thread size is 55/64"-27, we would also advise on checking locally for an aerator with the same thread count. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance.
