Should there be a gasket between the round stopper and the pivot nut? The drawing shows one but my faucet did not come with one and it does not mention the gasket in the directions. Step 3 C in the directions.
I bought B2514LF but I don't know how to remove aerator. Thank you!
The aerator on this faucet seems to spring loaded. I’ve tried pushing up and turning counter clockwise to loosen but no luck getting the aerator loose. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for your question and we are sorry to hear that you have had difficulties getting the aerator off of you Delta B2514LF-PPU-ECO and would be more than happy to help. We recommend attaching a plastic bag with 50% warm water and 50% white vinegar with a rubber band to the head of the faucet overnight to break up any debris or hard water buildup that may be causing your aerator to be stuck on the faucet.
