I love my Delta Foundation Faucets!
I love the look and function of my new Delta Foundation Faucets in my bathroom. The water spout is tall and easy to get things under for cleaning. The chrome is shiny and easy to keep looking sparkly. They really updated the look of my bathroom counter.

I bought his faucet on 8/26/25 at Lowe's Store, Moline, IL 61265. It was installed on 8/28/25 by a Plumber from Atrium Concepts, Angi. Its one handle is leaking and water is dropping below the sink bowl on bathroom floor.

Poor Design
The faucet's drain connection is designed on the assumption that the drain is located in the center of the sink. If the drain is located at the back of the sink, as is the case with my sink, you will be unable to connect the drain pull rod to the drain. This happens because the hole for the drain pull rod in the faucet body is angled forward and when you insert the drain pull rod through it, the pull rod is angled forward and intersects the drain pipe instead of being behind it.

I installed a B2518LF-BN in out bathroom recently but the handles seem like they travel about a 1/4 of the way before water come on or off. Is this normal and how do I correct it.

Model B2518LF-BN, While cleaning the aerator, lost the gasket down the drain. Where can I get another gasket? or complete aerator?
The hot water handle turns to the middle and stops the water, but the handle continues on toward the back of the sink and turns the water on again. Can this be corrected or is it a defect in the faucet and must be replaced?

How do you clean residue in spout - it is one unit, no separate outer screw on lip to remove & clean!

This faucet model has a removable aerator at the end of the spout, using the included aerator wrench. We recommend soaking in a solution of 50/50 white vinegar and water to dissolve any build-up of mineral deposits.

How can I get a replacement strainer/filter for the spout on B2518LFBN? I replaced the original faucet which was working well with this new model, when the water was turned on it stopped flowing due to a clogged strainer/filter on the spout.

We recommend unscrewing the aerator with the included aerator wrench, cleaning the aerator, and flushing the faucet as shown in the installation manual.
A replacement aerator is available as part number RP91142-1.2. Unfortunately, we don't currently sell this through our website. You can purchase Delta Faucet products from many local dealers and internet sites. If a dealer does not carry a specific item in stock, they should still be able to place an order for you. I recommend using our store locator.

I'm installing the faucet for the first time. When I turn it on or off, water keeps running. Please help.

Check that the stems are installed in the correct orientations. When off, the flat metal on the bottom of the stem should cover the rubber seat in the valve. The stops on the stems should point to the center of the faucet.
