bad vavles but good customer service
installed this in my bathroom at home. faucet lasted about 6 months before the handles became hard to turn off. i am very annoyed that they broke so fast but i will give delta credit. i called them and they sent me new cartridges in about 3 days with no charge. hopefully i wont be calling them every six months

Works Well But Handles Need More Mass
We installed 3 Delta Windemere Model B2596LF-OB faucets as part of our house renovation. One objective was to replace chrome with bronze fixtures. After years of using single knob handle lavatory faucets, two handles seem better for whatever reasons. I rated "Design" as Good because the handles look substantial until you grasp them and find they feel more delicate than they appear. A little more mass in the handle would add to the perceived quality.

Just had this faucet installed and it looks very nice however, the handles are very loose and the plunger rod is on a weird angle. My wife has not seen it yet and I hope to get it replaced with something a little higer quality be fore she does see it.

Love the Windemere faucet design!
So happy that we purchased this faucet. We can actually fill taller pitchers, etc. in the lavatory now were as before even a tall drinking glass would not fit underneath the spout. All of our bathroom accessories are polished brass which seems to be out of fashion right now and a bit hard to find but we still love it. So happy we were able to find this beautiful faucet set.

Is there anyway to restrict water flow to this faucet?
My faucet already has the aerator that comes with the product but I was wanting to restrict the water flow even more. My kids forgetting to shut off the water when brushing their teeth (and other factors) have caused high water bills and I am wanting to conserve water every way I can.

The B2596LF-OB has an aerator that produces 1.5 gpm. We do offer a 1.2 gpm version of this aerator as part number RP61340-1.2 and you can purchase this item by calling our warranty center directly at 1-800-345-3358.

Some of your bathroom faucets recommend a 2 1/2" min. clearance from the backsplash to the centerline of the sink holes. I have 2 1/4". Will I still be able to install the faucet?

Thank you for your question. We recommend having a 2 1/2" clearance from the back splash. Having less clearance could interfere with installation, use, or maintenance of the faucet.

What are the supply line materials made of?
