Great Faucet
I have zero plumbing skills but was able to install this on my own. It worked perfect for us with the space we had available. My only issue was installing the rod for the drain stop. I don't think the instructions were clear enough on what to do. I kinda got it installed, but it doesn't work correctly. I got fed up with it & just said I was finished. If you have better skills than I this will work fine for you.

Stunning Design
My better half surprised me (birthday present) by picking out and having a plumber install these faucets in the bath and master bath. I'm happy- it wasn't a job I was looking forward to. Stunning design, clean and simple (she does have a great eye)- I did a double take when I first saw them. They don't flow as much water as the 17 year old Deltas they replaced but still are perfectly acceptable in that regard and being on a well that's not necessarily a bad thing.

How to correct tab alignment on quick connects on Model B3511LF-PPU
I did not properly align the tabs on the quick connects. How can I disconnect the hoses so I can properly align the tabs for future easily removal?

Thank you for your question. You can remove the hose by squeezing the two tabs in like a clothespin. You can then push up on the hose at the same time the tabs are squeezed in. Pull down to remove the hose.

Hi, I need to disconnect the hoses from an existing faucet (part #RP44493) in order to add extensions to the faucet set (B3511F-PPU-ECO). How do I disconnect the hoses. Any photos or drawings of the procedure would help a lot.
Thank you for your question, Dennis! RP44493 is a Block and O-ring hose assembly. The hose connections will have two tabs on opposite sides that must be pressed in. While holding these tabs in, push up slightly, then pull straight down. To reinstall the hose, make sure the tab is inserted first onto the valve end. Push the hose up onto the valve. Pull down on the hose gently to ensure it is secure.

I installed but Hot and Cold handles face towards front of sink when off and cold turns to right to cut on and hot turns to left to cut on. How do I correct this?

Thank you for your question. Please make sure the valve ends for each hot and cold handle are on the correct side. The bottoms of the handles will have a labeled 'H' and 'C'. Also, on page 4 of the manual, will show the orientation of the stem unit in the valve, under the handles. Here is a link to the instruction manual:

Hello, what size screwdriver is needed for the handles? It looks like an allen hex wrench but I am not sure. The manual shows a picture of a tool but does nto provide text specifics.

I have installed the Delta B3511LF-PPU-ECO faucet, found that the cold water comes out when the knob turns CCW direction which is the same direction of hot water valve direction. It's opposite direction. Should I replace the cartridge or the valve body?

You will want to ensure the valves under the sink are oriented as shown in the following parts breakdown. If the valves are positioned correctly you will want to check the orientation of the stem unit under the handle as this is what dictates what direction the handle will turn.

Do I have to use the plastic pop up? My sink already has a push pop up I am happy with.
