I have this faucet but one of the handles broke. Am I able to purchase a replacement handle?

Our B3596LF faucet is leaking at the plastic fitting attached to the hose assembly, the one that mixes hot and cold.  How to remove and what parts to order?

A replacement hose assembly will depend on the faucet code located on the back of the spout.
