Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Delta Faucet is a very good Faucet. But the instructions were horrible. And the Delta video didn't help much either. It should of warned me about how hard it would be to take out a 26 year old Faucet. It would of been nice if it came with two water hoses. My old ones were too short. I had to go back to Home Depot to purchase them. Now for the under the sink. Instructions 3 and 4. Metal pop- up installation and install pop- up assemble. I was flipping the page back and forth. I finally figured it out. But you need to make this much simpler. Maybe combine instructions 3 and 4 together with less drawings. I had to watch a couple of YouTube videos to get the general idea. After installation I ran the water and praise the Lord no leaks! I would of given this review a 5 star if it wasn't for the complicated instructions.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Single lever This type of Delta bathroom faucets are unacceptable, after reading up on Delta faucets that some will have flow problems as with mine. Only knowing that they come with limited lifetime warranties and not really knowing they'll send individuals with Delta faucet problems a repair kit and expect them to be able to replace said internal parts kits. I have this type of Delta faucet and it has had a flow problem for couple of years now but remembered they have lifetime warranties. This crap is unacceptable ! Seems like Delta faucet company would just replace the whole faucet instead of a repair kit thinking everyone is mechanically inclined and or plumbers. So I give this Delta faucet a one star. Thank you.

Where can I buy the water line that fits this faucet - the 1/2” IPS connections (ball nose riser)? Neither Lowes or Home Depot carry. It seems an unusual connection to find.

Asked by: VAHC
Hi VAHC, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model B510LF-PPU-12. The supply fittings are a standard 1/2" thread size. Supply hoses for this common connection would be available at any hardware store. Using a ball riser with coupling nuts would typically only be used if using copper tubes for the supply lines. Please reach out if you have any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan Digital Communications Specialist

We selected this faucet for our bath room reno and it looks good and seem solid. But it's difficult to adjust the temperature. It's either too hot or cold and have to fiddle with micro-adjustments to get it right. A waste of time and water.

Asked by: darbypa
Hello darbypa, Thank you for contacting us. I am sorry this information is not readily available and I would be happy to help you. Usually if there is a issue with the temperature its caused by debris, hot water heater or un equal hot and cold pressure. I would first advise to turn the hot water heater to 120 or lower, then do a full flush of the faucet, and when you get ready turn both hot and cold water on equally. Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance.  Best Regards,  Nicole

I am using a 7/64ths wrench which seems to be the best fit but even that isn’t great.  I can’t budge the screw in the counter clockwise position.  Am I going in the right direction to loosen?

Asked by: Shawn
Hi Shawn, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model B510LF-PPU-12. The handle set screw uses a 3/32" hex wrench, it is loosened counterclockwise. Soaking the area with 50/50 white vinegar and water can help remove mineral deposits that may be causing the issue. Asked by: tucsonmac
Hi tucsonmac, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model B510LF-PPU-ECO. This faucet model has a maximum flow rate of 1.2 gallons per minute, which may be lower than the previous faucet. To troubleshoot an issue with the flow, I recommend unscrewing the aerator from the spout, cleaning the aerator, and running the water for a minute to flush the faucet before reinstalling the aerator. Hello, I bought one at Home Depot. It worked great for about 3 months. After that the handle made noise when we turn on/off. We apply Silicon spray that we used for our garage and there are no noise now but the handle is very hard to turn on/off .

Asked by: Nhuan
Hello Nhuan, Thank you for your question. We are happy to help! We do not recommend using lubricants in the faucet valve. If the handle is tight, the adjusting ring on the cap under the handle can be loosened. Loosening the ring too far can cause a leak under the handle. If the issue remains, replace parts with repair kit RP44123. Please reach out directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance. Best regards, Bryan

I can't get warm water. It's either cold or hot. I move it slightly from the cold position to try and get warm, but it goes directly to hot. What am I doing wrong?

Asked by: mkulter
Good Afternoon mkulter, Thank you for contacting us at Delta Faucet. I apologize for the temperature issue you are experiencing with your Delta Faucet Foundations lavatory faucet model B510LF-PPU-ECO and I am happy to help you. We recommend performing a cross flush of your faucet in order to help resolve the issue you are experiencing. First, you will want to turn the faucet off at the shut-off valves. You will want to then take the inlet line on the hot shut-off valve and switch it with the cold line. Next, you will remove the handle's set screws, the handle and unthread the bonnet from the valve. Next, you will remove the cam assembly, ball assembly, and seats and springs in the valve. Place a towel behind the faucet and a bowl over the empty valve. Next, you will turn the hot and cold valves under the sink back on. This will allow the cold water to flush out the hot port and hot water to flush through the cold port. After flushing for 30 to 60 seconds reinsert the parts, tighten down the bonnet and reassemble the handle and the set screw. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. We look forward to continuing to serve you. Please feel free to contact us back for further assistance. Best Regards, Kelley
