Does this tub surround require caulk either on the seems or around the tub?

Can these tubs wall be installed over an existing tub

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model B66513-6030-WH Bathtub Surround. I am sorry this information was not readily available, and I am happy to help!
We recommend installing directly to the studs with a Delta Faucet brand 60" by 30" tub. We cannot recommend using a different brand of tub.
