There is no way we will be able to put all this Styrofoam back on doors to return. Home depot will be receiving a jangled up mess.. hopefully we did not just waste $500 😔 Do better Delta

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer Beware!!! This product is not reversible and nowhere on the box sez it's a left hand only opening. The only hint is the photograph/image that's on the box. We had planned plumbing and toilet all around a right side opening. Left with the only options of either tearing it all out or having to scootch around the toilet, we are now scootchers with the handle for the mixing valve set up to enter on the right side. It's looks dumb now and kinda ruined a really nice bathroom remodel. Is Delta unable to manufacture a right side version of this product, or at least print on the box..."Made To Open From The Left Side Only?" It does appear to be a well made product and will comment further after we've used the product for a while.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not reversible! Bought the entire shower enclosure and this glass door set. Got the remodel done to the tune of $12K. The last part of the remodel was to install these glass doors carefully only to find out they are NOT reversible. Then found out Delta does not make this unit in a right hand door. None of the paperwork nor the container says anything about these doors being left hand only. Every other shower door system I installed were reversible. This will be the last Delta for me and has cost me dearly.

I have purchased the 38 inch round shower stall and starting installation. I need to know the type of adhesive used to attach to wall studs . I have the info on the use of the sealants but want to ensure the adhesive is OK for the fiberglass.

Here is a list of recommended adhesives for this application: Recommended Adhesives: DAP® 3.0™ Kitchen, Bath & Plumbing High Performance Sealant Red Devil® RD3000™ Advanced Kitchen & Bath Sealant ECO-BOND® Kitchen-Bath-Plumbing Adhesive and Sealant LOCTITE PL Heavy Duty Sealant Note the intent of the recommended sealants is to provide those that perform best not only as a sealant but as an adhesive, effectively a 2-in-1. •Any construction adhesive safe for plastics would be acceptable in adhering the the walls to the studs. •Any non-waterbased sealant would be acceptable for sealing the seams (Any caulk/sealant that states water cleanup should be avoided). How to adjust the door

Can this the door be installed to open right to left?

My round shower keeps leaking around the base. The plumber who installed it has caulked everywhere he can think of.... any suggestions

I am very sorry to hear that your enclosure is leaking and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. I am happy to help you today. Please ensure you have applied sealant to the outside of the enclosure glass, track and wall jambs as mentioned on page 6 step 13 of the Maintenance and Installation manual: https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/100136%20Rev%20A.pdf Please also ensure you are using one of the below three adhesives and sealants recommended and tested by our engineers:  DAP® 3.0™ Kitchen, Bath & Plumbing High Performance Sealant  Red Devil® RD3000™ Advanced Kitchen & Bath Sealant  ECO-BOND® Kitchen-Bath-Plumbing Adhesive and Sealant  If you are unable to find one of the brands listed above, we recommend trying to find an advanced kitchen and bath polymer sealant/adhesive or a sealant/adhesive which states it is safe for plastic or polystyrene. You may also need to remove the old sealant on the unit, try to find a denatured alcohol to use and avoid using any of the below solvents:  Turpentine, lacquer thinner, mineral spirits, paint thinner, MEK, Xylene, Acetone, naphtha  Please follow the drying instructions on the back of the tube/bottle - usually 24-48 hours If you continue to experience issues with the enclosure leaking, please respond back to the email I sent to you with a video or a full photo of your shower enclosure in full, as well as the areas it is leaking on the base, we will be happy to look investigate this issue with you further. On page 8 step 7 it says to apply a bead of sealant along to pan flange.  I put a generous bead there and continued with the install.  The walls are not making contact with that bead of sealant.  Should I fill that entire gap with sealant?

I am looking at a custom install situation. I have an existing drain the base will not work with. I can place studs as show in the intallation manual. I do have a relatively flat floor sloping to the drain. Can this door be installed without the base?

Does the Delta B911917-3838- use ClearSheild? Or somethign comparable to make cleaning easier?

Does the tile need to extend out beyond the mounting brackets on each side? How far? Or can the tile just be on the inside of the shower? If the tile extends beyond the outside do you drill holes in the tile to mount the brackets over it?

Whats the best drain to use? How big should the p trap be? 11/2 or 2" Is there a special coupling designed to join the p trap to the drain.

The gasket seal to prevent water from spraying out of the shower is not thick enough to do so. Is there another gasket available for this? There is still a gap where water is coming through while using the shower on both sides of the glass. thank you.
