There is no way we will be able to put all this Styrofoam back on doors to return. Home depot will be receiving a jangled up mess.. hopefully we did not just waste $500 😔 Do better Delta

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer Beware!!! This product is not reversible and nowhere on the box sez it's a left hand only opening. The only hint is the photograph/image that's on the box. We had planned plumbing and toilet all around a right side opening. Left with the only options of either tearing it all out or having to scootch around the toilet, we are now scootchers with the handle for the mixing valve set up to enter on the right side. It's looks dumb now and kinda ruined a really nice bathroom remodel. Is Delta unable to manufacture a right side version of this product, or at least print on the box..."Made To Open From The Left Side Only?" It does appear to be a well made product and will comment further after we've used the product for a while.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not reversible! Bought the entire shower enclosure and this glass door set. Got the remodel done to the tune of $12K. The last part of the remodel was to install these glass doors carefully only to find out they are NOT reversible. Then found out Delta does not make this unit in a right hand door. None of the paperwork nor the container says anything about these doors being left hand only. Every other shower door system I installed were reversible. This will be the last Delta for me and has cost me dearly.

How do I get the jamb plate off of the glass? The jamb and screw plate is pre attached i to the glass in the package.

anything else other than B911917-3838-PC that comes in something different than glass? Also I need something that slides open to the left instead of the right like this model. Any help on this?

This option is not in stock at any Home Depot. I ordered it from the Temple, TX Lowes, but got message that if it isn't back in stock by May 20, they will cancel my order. Is it possible to get this door directly from Delta?

How does item “D” fasten to the glass door? It has a threaded hole, but I cannot find in the instructions anything about how it fastens or how it stays in place on the lower rail. Thank you!

So in the product details it states this model can be installed with a left or right sliding door. There are no instructions on the installation using the right sided sliding door.

When will you be making one that opens right to left?  I see other people saying their bathroom needs that in order to fit!!  Ours does too.  You claim to be making this for smaller bathrooms and yet it won't work in many of them because of this!!
