Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Looking Exterior Got this for a bathroom remodel, although it looks great on the outside, the valves are made from plastic materials on the inside. Was looking for a higher quality materials, upping the budget it is...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for remodel Looks great against new subway tile, easy to install and better price than local big box hardware stores

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another solid Delta Product We have installed 6 or 7 of these. The valve being the same for so many Delta products makes the brand a great option for contractors. This trim kit met my clients needs and design requirements. It also gave them a great value balancing price and quality. I am definitely a fan of Delta and will continue to suggest their products.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from these fixtures are quite nice, look good in the bath, but the brushed finish turns dark after the water has been on it.I didn't realize this b/4 I purchased.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Replacement This was a good midrange remodeling option in bronze finish client wanted. Operates fine and Delta faucets have been more reliable for me than other brands. Good balance of metal where it's needed, plastic where it's not. It's a water saver and I'd like a little more flow, but it's fine for a shower. Tub faucet is full blast.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice complement to the Faucet The two look nice together in my retro bath remodel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice Easy to install the trim. I like the adjustable anti-scald feature. Nice shower head pattern, bronze trim looks great over travertine tile.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Delta a Disappointment I purchased the shower/bath combo in oil-rubbed bronze only to learn there is NO tub drain/waste and overflow plate to match the color of the oil-rubbed bronze Delta uses. I phoned Delta and they advised they do not have it available in oil-rubbed bronze. I have tried to match the color with other manufacturers and have yet to find a close match. Hard to believe Delta would not offer these bath tub parts in oil-rubbed bronze! :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product I purchased the Oil Rubbed Bronze color for my bathroom remodel. It is really lovely, the color matches all the other bronze items I purchased and looks fantastic in the newly done bath/shower. I am very pleased with the performance of the product as well as the look. I would recommend it if you are looking for modern or a more traditional look, it fits in well with both.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great product for the cost The oil rubbed bronze looks great, was easy to install. The price was perfect. The only thing I personally don't like is the showerhead, which doesn't have as much pressure as I'd like, or volume. I'm used to rainheads.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product I put these in my two girls bathrooms - they have good water pressure and look nice. My only complaint is they show water spots quite a bit.

Q&A

Is the shower head adjustable? Interested to know both if the water can be directed more down or back and if the force of the spray be altered. Thank you.

Asked by: Mary M
Hi Mary M, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. Our Delta Faucet Windemere® Monitor® 14 Series Tub & Shower Trim (Recertified) In Chrome MODEL#: BT14496-R shower head has a swivel ball joint that allows for the head to be rotated, also the shower arm installation location would determine how the water projects in the shower. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to serve you. Please contact us back with any further questions. Best Regards, Nicole
