Missed the primary function
Arm does not pivot, and the distance from the wall is too small for a toilet paper roll to fit freely. Looks nice but very poor design.

Tight for Toilet Paper
The arm of the holder doesn’t pivot. It’s a very tight fit for a new roll of standard-size toilet paper. You have to manually unwind the toilet paper until it gets down in size.

Is there a way to adjust this holder to accommodate larger toilet paper rolls? If not, is an extender of some kind available?

No, our IAO20851 cannot be adjusted. The distance from the finished wall to the front of the bar is 2 1/8" inches.

what size offset screw needed for Delta Model: IAO20851-CZ | Item: bci4663874 It fell and was thrown away.

Unfortunately, we don't carry the set screw as an individual part. If a replacement screw is needed, the tissue holder may need to be replaced.

The arm keeps falling out of 2 out of 3 of these paper holders that are installed in my home. How do I stop the arms from falling off?
What is the size of the set screw that holds the the toilet paper hanger to the apparatus I screwed into the wall? I can’t find mine and need another to secure the paper hanger to the wall.
