What cartridge assembly should I use to complete my assembly.

Hi Chef, Thank you for your question! The cartridge will be included with the trim kit that you purchase to go with this valve. Each series (13/14, 17, and 17T) uses a different cartridge. Best regards, Jon

What is the PEX size of the outlet port of the R10000-PFS-PX? I have a Universal R10000 and am debating between using 1/2" or 3/4" PEX to the R11000 diverter. I will block the port to the tub as this is a shower head and handheld only application.

Hello, if I am looking at the print correctly... the plastergaurd is supposed to be flush to the finish wall with the wall being cut and butted up tight to the guard? Did some internet research and this question has come up in a lot of forums..

Hi, Ferny B! Thank you for your question. The plasterguard is more of a template. The plasterguard does not have to be butted up tightly flushed to the wall. The recommendation that the plasterguard must be flush with the finished wall is in regards to the measurement of the valve body to the finished wall, which should be 2 3/4" (+/- 1/4"). How do I adjust the 120 degree temp on the multi choice universal valve

BillDoc, Thank you for your question! 120 degrees is the maximum temperature setting that we recommend for your water heater. The trim kit will have a Rotational Limit Sop that can be adjusted to set the maximum temperature of the water (at or below the temperature of the incoming hot water supply). Do they make a high flow pex r10000 or do I need to adapt the high flow options that are available. I’m looking to go from the r10000 to a r11000 diverter and have a shower head, two side jets and a hand held shower.  Also does 1/2 pex have enough flow

Thank you for your question, Ryan. Unfortunately, we dot currently offer a High-Flow (HF) version of the R10000 that comes with PEX fittings. However, you can adapt either the R10000-UNBXHF or R10000-UNWSHF for 1/2" PEX. This should not reduce maximum flow rate from the valve as this is primarily determined by the water pressure in the home. Best regards, Jon
