Hello,  Will the Delta R10000-PFT-MFWS fit with most shower cartridges such as Signature or Moen? Or must a Delta cartridge be used with the value?

What is the difference between Model#: R10000-PFT-MF and Model#: R10000-PFT-MFWS? The features read the same, the pictures are similar, and the specs look pretty close. What do the letters mean P F T M F W S?
