Don't have 20 min to wait on phone. Supplied bonnet nut doesn't grab threads on deverter roughin after cartridge is installed Is there a longer bonnet nut available?

Hello Customer service, I bought this valve and I would like to know what is the cartridge part number and what are the trims for shower and tub, thank you so much for your help
