Q&A

Constructing a new shower that will have a shower, a handheld shower and a toe tester tub spout. Can you recommend the proper rough in, trim kit and diverter trim kit that would accomplish that. Thank you

Asked by: EFLA
Hello, Thank you for your question! For this installation we would recommend the R22000 integrated diverter rough-in valve. Alternatively for separate trim kits you will need the R10000-UN rough-in valve, an R11000 diverter valve and a T118** trim kit. Does this valve control the volume of water to the shower head

Asked by: Robert
We currently have a low flow coming through the shower head. Could this be due to the valve control?

I have a bathroom remodeled and wanted to install a new Polished Brass shower trim kit. The rough in valve is the MODEL#: R10000-PXBX. Will the NOS Delta T1324-PBTP Classic Shower Trim Polished Brass w/ Crystal Handle fit on this valve??

Asked by: Mr W
Hi Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Our T1324-PBTP uses the older valve body and cartridge. These parts are not compatible with our newer MultiChoice R10000-PXBX valve. You can use the trim kit, however, you will need to purchase the newer RP46074 1400 series cartridge for the R10000-PXBX MultiChoice valve to work. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts/product/RP46074.html https://www.deltafaucet.com/where-to-buy We appreciate your inquiry. Is there a way to adjust the valve on shower units to increase the hot water flow

Asked by: klicker
Hi klicker, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model R10000-PXBX MultiChoice® Universal Tub / Shower Rough - PEX Crimp. We will be happy to assist you as quickly as possible. Yes, our shower trims include a rotational limit stop as a safety feature that should be adjusted during installation. This limits the maximum amount of hot water that can be mixed. See the installation manual for your series of trim for instructions. 13/14 series: https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/107528%20Rev%20D.pdf 17 series: https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/107529%20Rev%20D.pdf 17T series: https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/107530%20Rev%20C.pdf Please contact us directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance.
