Hi James, Thank you for your question! Our universal R10000-PXWS valve can be used with any of our multi choice T13,T14,T17 or T17T cartridges. The cartridges are included with the trims. Best regards, Brandis

If using this for only shower....

I just cap off the tub output and I am good to go?

PEX from valve to showerhead?

I know you recommend copper from the valve to the tub sprout because of shower rise. Does it matter if I run PEX from the valve to showhead? Do you recommend either copper or PEX for best performance or does it simply not matter?

Hi Aaron, Thank you for your question. PEX can be used on the valve to showerhead connection with no issues. There is no performance benefit using either pex or copper to the showerhead. Thanks, Dave

I want a 3/4 crimp shower only mixing valve will this give me more water volume out of shower head ??
