Easy to install and very useful
Now I did assign this project to my husband since he is the handy one! But it didn’t take him long to figure out how to install and how to use it. Even though, it was his first time working with something like that! I know our sink appreciates that!

Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy!
This valve kit was super easy to install. We didn't know much about tub plumbing, but this was really easy to install and the fittings didn't fight us too much, which is impressive. All in all, we would highly recommend.

Great fit
I got this product a few months ago and it's taking me a long time in order to use it considering I was in the process of moving to a new home. I knew when I purchased the home that I would have to replace the bathroom faucets and bathtub fixtures. I'm so glad I got the UNBX-R it literally made changing my bathtub fixtures so much easier.

Works Great
I got this a month ago and fixed my shower by changing and putting this Delta part on and it works so much better! Works flawlessly and went on easily! Highly recommend Delta bathroom products or shower products to anyone redoing their shower or needing a new one!

Perfect Fit
I used this with a beautiful Delta Shower Trim. I had it professionally installed and the contractor said it was easy to install and top quality. I’m getting a great supply of water from the shower head and when I shut it off, it shuts off completely with no dripping water. Great temperature control.

Easy installation
This rough in valve tub and shower replacement was easy to install. Instructions were easy to follow and it fit just right with my faucet. I was able to pressure test before installation to ensure it was how unlike it.

Wwll received this to try out its a very heavy bathroom faucet internal fixtures. It is a very nice color and will make a wonderful bathroom wall feel confident. I think anyone would like this type of bathroom fixture.

Is the valve I need for the model #t17297-cz-r

To bypass your Touch20 faucet, please refer to the information below!
Gather some towels for excess water.
1. Turn the handle to the off position.
2. Clear the area under your sink and remove the c-clip attached to the faucet shank.
3. Flip the clip from the top of the solenoid off of the hose.
4. Remove the blue or black clip on the bottom of the solenoid.
5. Hold on to the hose attached to the top of the solenoid and pull the solenoid off.
6. Pull the hose off of the bottom of the solenoid.
Once you remove these parts, connect the hose to the faucet connection and use the blue or black clip to hold it in place. Pull down gently to verify the connection is secure.

What is the difference between the R10000 MultiChoice® Universal Tub / Shower Rough and R11000 3- And 6-Setting Diverter Rough? Can either be used with TRINSIC®3-Setting 2-Port Diverter Trim (Recertified)?

The R10000-UNBX-R is used for the main on/off and temperature. The R11000 is needed to divert the water to other items in your shower (Shower head, Hand shower, or Body Jets). Both would work with the TRINSIC®3-Setting 2-Port Diverter Trim (Recertified), you would also need the matching Trinsic main trim. I have included this link below.

My plumber installed the DR10000unbx and the trim he installed has a volume control and a temperature control. I turn the temperature control to hot and the water is not as hot as it used to be with my old shower trim and valve?

The shower unit can be adjusted, I have attached a link to show how to adjust the RLS on our Delta shower cartridges. This will provide the option of hotter water, also we recommend making sure the water heater temperature is set to 120 or lower.

Is this a complete part or is there a main trim associated with this and indicated in the answered question? What would be the part number for the main trim? TRINSIC® 3-Setting 2-Port Diverter Trim (Recertified) In Stainless MODEL#: T11859-SS-R

The R10000-UNBX-R works with a valve trim that starts with T14, T17, or T17T. Trinsic has a few options for you to choose from. Please refer to the link below.

As for the T11869-SS-R, this is an additional valve trim that will need a valve body to help divert water from one component to the other. Please note it is not recommended to have a tub spout installed on this diverter valve. For this diverter trim, you will need an R11000-R.
